Do
you charge for the Pre-Visit Consultation?
No. As much as
we value our time, we feel that the pre-visit is necessary
more for our benefit than our client.

What
should I expect during the Pre-Visit Consultation?
During our
initial consultation we will meet you and your pet, answer
any questions, schedule dates, understand any special
needs you may have, review and fill out necessary paper
work, write down detailed instructions, obtain a house
key, get emergency contact and Veterinarian information.

Do
you charge a fee to return my house key?
There is a
$15.00 service fee for us to pick up and drop off the key
to your home. Take advantage of our secure key program
which allows us to keep a copy of your key in our office
for future visits.

Is
your service insured and bonded?
We carry
liability insurance and bonding.

What
types of animals do you pet sit?
Puppies,
kittens, dogs, cats, ferrets, fish, turtles, hamsters,
gerbils, guinea pigs and birds of all types. If you don't
see your animal type listed, please give us a call.

What
is your cancellation policy?
Should your
plans change, we request 24-hour notification prior to
your scheduled sitting visit or you will be charged for
the first day. If you decide to return early, we request
24-hour notification or you will be charged for the
scheduled visit for that day.

Do
you charge more on the Holidays or for last minute
reservations?
No, we do not
charge extra for Holidays or last minute reservations. If
we are not able to meet your scheduling needs, we will
refer you to another pet care professional.

What
other tasks do you perform while you are in my home caring
for my pet?
Services included at no additional charge:
- Exterior home security check
- Collection of mail, newspaper, fliers and packages
- Take out garbage
- Indoor potted plant care
- Rotate blinds and window coverings to give your home a
lived in look
- Detailed pet sitting diary
- Basic cleaning of pet food/water bowls and litter boxes
